The recruitment process will be carried out in English, and only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
What You'll Do:
- Manage all operational activities related to Offline Presence at SBY Main Office; Sticker & Lalabag drivers acquisition, drivers retention, etc.
- Increase Lalamove's brand awareness by substantially growing the number of branded vehicles (4W Sticker, 2W Lalabag).
- Manage lead conversion for all driver cohorts and ensure that non-sticker drivers move quickly into branded status.
- Identify driver pain points and provide appropriate solutions, such as directing them to hub locations for sticker installations, searching new potential leads 3rd Party Hub, etc.
- Take full ownership of the offline presence inventory, including stock availability for stickers/Lalabags, procurement planning, and performing weekly stock counts to prevent operational downtime.
- Conduct follow-up calls to driver cohorts needed, using persuasive communication to highlight current sticker benefits and opportunities.
What We Seek:
- Persuasive Communication; Proven ability to handle objections and convince drivers of sticker/Lalabag benefits using multiple unique selling points (incentives, etc.)
- Data literacy; comfortable working with key metrics and adapting strategies based on weekly or monthly conversion trends.
- Attention to detail
- Continuous improvement
What You'll Need:
- Experience 1–3 years in Operations, preferably within the ride-hailing or logistics industry.
- Focus & professionalism; capable of maintaining a professional attitude in working environments, and managing time effectively.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Google Spreadsheets
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya (Full WFO)
