We are looking for a Driver Operations Associate, based in Jakarta. You’ll be placed in the Driver Operations Department and will be responsible to make sure we have the most efficient drivers onboarding process. You will directly report to Driver Operations Manager. The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can help scale and manage our rapid growth across Indonesia. What you’ll do:
- Lead the drivers onboarding team consist of call ops agent and document verification team
- Working closely with Team Leader and QA team to improve agents quality and overall performance.
- Monitor and analyze drivers onboarding funnels and maintain high conversion rates on each funnel steps
- Assess, develop, and refine the whole onboarding process
- Working closely with regional team to fine tune the drivers onboarding process and policies
- Collaborate with Lead Generation and Marketing team to improve driver leads quality & quantity
What we seek:
- Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative and attentive to details
- Critical thinker and never ending improvement mindsets
- Good people management skills
- Data driven and numbers oriented person
What you’ll need:
- At least 2 years experience from operations background, preferably from a startup company.
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in call center operations is a plus
- Ability to communicate, present and influence in a credible and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to champion new processes from plan to close
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in written and spoken English
- Experience and familiar with spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
