Driver Onboarding Specialist

Job Descriptions
- You’ll be in charge of maintain and improve drivers registration and onboarding funnel from driver registered until they pay the deposit
- Daily performance monitoring of 15 drivers onboarding agent
- Regular SOP refreshment and agent performance improvement planning review
- Ensure driver leads assignment well distributed to the onboarding agents
- Doing QA for verified drivers
- In charge of change vehicle or drivers information
- Aligned with related stakeholders to update onboarding policy
- Doing regular update on driver registration communications script
- Support lead generations team to monitor or execute some initiatives
Job Requirements
- Graduate from reputable university
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field (call center lead in ecommerce, ride hailing, or on demand platform)
- Experience managing large team is a plus
- Familiar with Google Spreadsheets and reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to meet the target determined by company
- Fluent in English
