WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Collect documents from Operation
- Checking and ensure hardcopy documents are complete and matched with softcopy documents
- Sorting and Grouping document by customer name
- Barcode for Internal transfer and Dispatch invoice
- Preparing documents as per customer requirements
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Currently pursuing min. Diploma majoring in Transportation and/or Logistics major (fresh graduated are welcome to apply)
- Good knowledge in Excel
- Communicative, proactive, able to work together/work independently
- Willing to work from office from Monday to Friday and available for six months
