Our BPO and Moderation team is seeking a Director of Quality. Ideal candidates are excellent communicators, very responsive, and able to find efficiencies and coordinate large teams through a fast-moving environment.
- This position reports directly to the CEO
- Managing 10-15 direct reports
- Managing a team of about 250 staff across multiple countries and offices
- This is a client facing role, responding to client requests and feedback
- Identifying high-level strategies and efficiencies to improve the team's KPIs
- The team's KPIs primarily relate to accuracy of content moderation
- Monitoring the team's KPIs, and identifying and resolving any upcoming problems in advance
- Recruiting managers and front-line staff as necessary
- Building teams in new regions as necessary
- At least 5 years of experience in improving processes and KPIs of process oriented teams
- At least 5 years of experience with managing content moderation or other BPO service teams is a plus, but not required
- Must be located in, or willing to relocate to Thailand, Vietnam, or Indonesia
- 50% travel, around Southeast Asia and globally
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to conduct business in a 2nd or 3rd language is a plus, but not required
- Organized, detail oriented, and responsive
- Ability to work well with cultures of different countries
