We are looking for a highly motivated Director of Food and Beverage who will assist the General Manager in the efficient running of the Food and Beverage Department through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling in line with Hotel’s policies and standards whilst meeting employees, guests, and owner’s expectations.
Responsibilities:
1. Has a minimum of 5 years solid experience in Food and Beverage management and must have existing experience as Food and Beverage Division Leader, preferably for a large operation of multi outlets and banqueting in a luxury hotel environment.
2. Has strong business acumen and is proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting as well as profit & loss.
3. Has the ability to establish new businesses that generate revenue to increase profitability.
4. Has a depth knowledge of international cuisines and develops food and beverage menus.
5. Has a strong marketing strategy that stands out, attracts new customers, and is loved by loyal guests.
6. Has a sharp sense of competition and strong operation strategy to always ahead with the trend.
7. Has excellent customer service skills that differentiate the guest experience beyond extraordinary.
8. Has excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
9. Has strong leadership skills with an acute sense of good judgment that prevent a downfall and is swift in performance improvement.
10. Is hands-on and committed to team building and collaboration.
11. Is resourceful in maintaining high-level quality products and uphold a positive customer image.
12. Bachelor or Master's Degree in Food & Beverage Management or Business Management or a related field.
