Director of Engineering - AYANA BALI

AYANA Hospitality is seeking a highly experienced Director of Engineering for AYANA BALI, one of the premier luxury resorts in Indonesia. As the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort's engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive operational efficiencies, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing large-scale engineering and maintenance operations within the hospitality industry, and will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the engineering and maintenance team, ensuring the highest levels of quality and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and safety standards.
• Manage the annual budget and capital expenditure plans for the engineering and maintenance department.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of the resort's infrastructure and equipment.
• Manage all vendor contracts and relationships to ensure the highest standards of service.
• Ensure that all guest requests and issues related to engineering and maintenance are resolved quickly and efficiently.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in engineering and maintenance operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record of success in managing large-scale operations within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and safety standards.
