Join our culinary team at AYANA Midplaza, Jakarta, and showcase your talent in crafting exquisite dimsum dishes. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Dimsum Chef to elevate our dining experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dimsum dishes using traditional techniques and fresh ingredients
  • Ensure high-quality food presentation and adhere to safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create new dimsum recipes and seasonal specials
  • Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies to maintain stock levels
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on dimsum preparation and techniques
  • Manage kitchen operations effectively to maintain a smooth workflow
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the dimsum section of a reputable restaurant or hotel
  • Expertise in various dimsum preparation techniques and knowledge of traditional recipes
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
