Digital Technology - Product Management (Projects)

Responsibilities:

• Conducted product related research by thoughtful analysis backed by data, which will influence SeaBank product direction
• Incubate and manage strategic initiatives with strong collaboration with cross-team stakeholders, ensure timely delivery of projects with laser focus of quality
• Review existing workflow, initiate and drive process improvement to increase team efficiency and effectiveness
• Communicate initiatives ideas to stakeholders and translate these ideas into reality

Requirements

• Solid track record in project managing comprehensive projects within the timeline and allocated resources
• High level of flexibility and adaptability in working in a high paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and structured process thinking to use data to build solid use cases
• Superb interpersonal skills and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in local and regional teams
• Impact oriented, self-initiated problem solver who constantly finds ways to innovate and improve
• Able to deliver powerful presentations, demonstrated by the capability to synthesize data into clear messages and bring senior stakeholders along
• Strong business acumen and highly customer focused mindset
• Passionate in the tech industry with good understanding of customers behaviors and expectations
