Job Description
- Craft business requirement for new features/initiatives, by working with relevant parties such as operations, finance, and business development.
- Coordinate UAT testing plan and implementation, ensuring product functions works well and meet business requirement
- Drive feature rollout, including rollout plan, stakeholders management, live testing, and product education to ops/cs
- Post implementation support including live bugs handling, product questions, tech support for relevant partners
- When necessary, support license acquisition from regulatory relationship management related to tech, product audit, and define requirements based on regulations
Requirement
- Bachelor or Master Degree from a reputable University with outstanding academic achievement
- Has at least 2 years experience in product management in Fintech/Banking/Payment
- Good communication in both spoken and written forms
- Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills
- Strong ownership and team spirit
- Good collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams
- Demonstrated a track record of getting things done in fast-paced environment
- Fluent in english
