Digital Technology - IT Project Management

Job Description:

• Work closely with business units and other units’ project managers to identify and analyse their requirements from IT point of view.
• Develop high quality project proposals and plan based on the business requirements and available project resources.
• Define resource allocation, work scope and responsibilities of assignee and project timeline.
• Drive project direction and actively monitor project status to ensure high quality of project delivery.
• Work closely with business units regularly to review IT service quality. Review risks, issues, incidents and planned changes.
• Ensure regular reports on project progress for stakeholders and management.
• Create and maintain records of project documentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree from a reputable University with outstanding academic achievement.
• Has at least 2-3 years experience in project management in Financial Technology, Banking, or Payment.
• Good communication in both spoken and written forms
• Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively.
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Strong ownership and keen to work in a team environment.
• Good collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated a track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders.
