About the Role
The Digital Strategy Lead plays a key role in the Embedded Lending team, driving the strategic development of our digital financial products. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in fintech or lending, exceptional project management skills, and a data-driven mindset to identify and unlock growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of digital financial products, including personal loans and BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to uncover new product opportunities and potential enhancements.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product roadmaps and milestones.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand our customer base and strengthen existing customer relationships.
  • Create data-driven strategies to measure product performance, customer adoption, and overall impact.
  • Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to ensure seamless product implementation and operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fintech, lending, or digital banking.
  • Strong background in product management, project management, and growth strategy.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching digital financial products.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesia's financial landscape, particularly in consumer lending.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
