Job Description

• Oversee products within Travel category 
• Define, implement and execute the business development/growth strategy for the Travel category
• Carry out analysis & survey to better understand partner requirements and behavior
• Identify, establish and grow other strategic partnership
• Analyze internal data to find possible category growth strategy
• Develop detailed business plan to drive category expansion
• Execute end-to-end projects

Requirements

• 4-6 years of proven working experience in Business Development or Project Management roles, preferably in E-commerce, Tech or the Travel industry
• Strong analytical acumen and ability to generate and evaluate analysis
• Driven and motivated
• Previous management and leadership experience
• Excellent communication capability in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Good degree from recognized university
• Strong stakeholder management and enjoy managing multiple projects
• Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
