Digital Products Relationship Management (Contract Based Role)

Job Description 

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters for partners
• Develop and expand relationships and commercial partnerships
• Maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships and grow partner’s business
• Forecast and track key partnership metrics (e.g. sales, issues, etc) and escalate/resolve issues accordingly
• Able to assist the onboarding of the brands who are willing to be Shopee's strategic partners with related stakeholders and Help for day to day operational related with partnership
• Manage the partners' KPI on Shopee's and able to provide solutions for partners
• Provide market insights from the stakeholders’ perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from any major from reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good knowledge and good passion for the E-commerce industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication
• Able to join immediately
