- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential partner clients as well as strategic insurance companies which includes developing a strong understanding on clients and partners’ offerings and business models.
- Responsible for P&L performance of each partner clients and insurance product verticals.
- Explore potential to cross-sell and upsell from existing partner clients while matching clients’ business and strategic needs.
- Identify potential growth opportunities, creating strategies and driving the initiatives with guidance from VP of Partnerships.
- Conduct research on existing and emerging industries to identify insurance product and tech solution that can potentially be scaled.
- Build GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy together with VP of Partnership that rally the organization around the highest leverage growth priorities.
- Lead team members to achieve organizational goals and build strong data driven and growth-minded teams.
- Review team members output and performance to ensure the quality of results from each project.
- Create partnership proposals, process flows, commercial offerings, and work together with Product, Engineering and Operations to come up with the execution and SLAs.
- Resolve complex issues and new strategic development with each client together across teams and functions.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, finance and operations teams to develop winning product proposition to the market, winning brand and marketing efforts as well as the best end customer and partner client experience.
- Use a qualitative and quantitative data-driven model to measure, analyze, and synthesize actionable insights across the merchant lifecycle, and disseminate knowledge broadly across cross-functional partners.
- Possess at least 8 years of experience working as Partnerships, with at least 2 years experience of managing Partnership team
- Proven experience as Manager of Partnerships, Business Development or equivalent
- Experience in acquiring partnership with banks or handling partnership in banking industry
- Experience working within the tech industry, with a familiarity of B2B & B2B2C models
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Google Suites tools
- Possesses Professional English fluency
- Data driven, strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Superior client/partner management skills with previous exposure to partner senior leadership teams
- Strong strategic and structured thinking abilities in order to develop effective partnerships frameworks
- Ability to generate innovative creative solutions to unique problems and opportunities encountered in complex, and dynamic environments.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- A self-driven work ethic with strong stakeholder management abilities in order to juggle multiple projects with stakeholders of various hierarchies
- Strong project management skill in order to effectively handle various internal stakeholders of differing needs and backgrounds
- Possesses Bachelor's Degree, MBA, or equivalent
