Job Title – Digital Graphic Designer

Location – Jakarta, Indonesia

 

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Designer (Digital) your primary responsibility will be to create digital assets for FMCG/Personal Skincare brands across various platforms. You will be someone who is passionate about design and technology, and comfortable working in a collaborative work environment. Any experience on FMCG / Beauty brands will be an added advantage.  Being a digital native is a must and execution across social media, digital innovations, ecommerce will be expected off you daily.

You will be working closely with the Creative &  Lead Creator you will be taking projects across multiple platforms/channels, from brief to completion, providing new ideas and creativity whilst working closely within the client’s brand guidelines and would be responsible to produce digital concepts, design and assets to the client’s brief and exacting standards

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Producing beautiful and innovative work across platforms and channels based on Client’s brief
  • To be responsible for the full design lifecycle from concept to execution
  • To work closely with lead creator to create strong concepts from the initial briefing
  • To assist the lead creator in pitching creative solutions in response to Client’s marketing strategies
  • To manage the preparation of all finished artwork files that will comply with the correct output specifications
  • To ensure all design work adheres to the latest digital and social trends and requirements

 

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BE TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

  • Strong Art Direction and concepting skills
  • Strong typographic skills
  • A highly creative integrated designer with the ability to take and positively influence client briefs with your own innovative ideas
  • Confident in bringing your own ideas and creativity to projects whilst working within a broad range of design guidelines across a variety of artwork collateral
  • Understanding of design principles and an awareness of UX, UI and Responsive Design trends
  • Effectively organizing and prioritizing workloads to manage client delivery whilst simultaneously influencing clients with their own ideas and conceptual creativity
  • Excellent Adobe CS skills especially After Effects
  • Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion
  • Ability to take, interpret and deliver design projects within agreed deadlines
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work under own initiative
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent experience working closely with clients during kick-off
  • Confidence and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing client environment
  • A passionate and inspiring creative
  • The aptitude to learn new software and programmes efficiently and effectively
  • Self-motivated, working with little supervision
  • Collaborative team player, open minded – non political
  • Discrete about all confidential and personal information
  • Driven, proactive, helpful, and enthusiastic team player
