Summary of Responsibilities:
- Capture and edit engaging, high-quality photographs and videos for various social media platforms, ensuring they meet AYANA's brand standards and the requirements of each channel
- Support the in-house Photographer/Videographer and Social Media Team with shoots to capture special events, dining outlets, menu content, meeting/conference/wedding venues, and more
- Conduct research on topics related to the company's products or services to uncover new trends and potential growth opportunities
- Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived
- Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets the creative brief and brand guidelines
- Provide monthly reports and insights on social media video performance and recommend improvements

- Minimum 2 years' experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
- Proven experience in project management and coordination skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using professional cameras, smartphones, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube; their content requirements and best practices in content production
- Ability to work collaboratively with the KOLs, creative team, PR team, and other departments to ideate, produce, and edit social media content
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Videography, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field
