DevOps Engineer
Kargo's infrastructure engineer build and operate a cutting edge technology that reshape logistic industry in indonesiaa, connecting shippers and transporters in transparent environment and make their life much easier. We are looking for Devops engineer who bring fresh perspectives from all areas such large scale system design, distributed computing, network and data storage and security. You will work in a special assigned squad that will build groundbreaking technologies to improve logistics industry in indonesia and later South East Asia. Our engineering vision is to establish Silicon Valley's engineering standard in Indonesia. You believe in that vision, understand the benefits and fully commited to achieve it together with the team.
Who You are and what you'll do:
- build and scale exsting infrastructure at GCP
- Modernize and simplfy our infrastructure stack and automation process
- collaborate closely with our software engineer, QA engineer and PM to implement product and feature
- Learn software engineering practice and apply that skill to our infrastructure team
- Participate in code reviews according to our development standards
- Learn data infrastructure since we also support data team to create data product
- Passionate about coding and programming and want to apply that to infrastructure as code like terraform, deployment manager, pulumi or related stack
- Have at least 2 years experience in managing k8s at production scale
- Have at least 2 years experience in managing cloud hosting provider like GCP and AWS
- Have at least one or two programming language experience: python, go and java
