Descriptions
- Understanding learning needs of the team and design learning curriculum
- Design and execute plan to improve developers learning journey, which includes producing easy to digest highly technical content and conduct teachings
- Research and report on trends in software — from internal tools to languages, frameworks and databases — and share other perspectives in ways that add value and drive conversations for developers.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Requirements
- Fast learner & good analytical thinking
- Experienced working in a developer-facing role with demonstrable success in guiding developers through the full app lifecycle
- You have technical skills and expertise commensurate with a full-time coding bootcamp, or equivalent work experience
- Good communication skill, team player and comfortable working with cross functional team
- You have passion in learning, improving and contributing to projects with a strong sense of ownership.
- Advanced knowledge in Go-lang, Python, Javascript or any other programming language, as long as capable of learning quickly (like, really fast)
- You have a systematic problem solving approach and knowledge of algorithms, data structures and complexity analysis
- Working knowledge of the general computer science landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
