Job Description:
1. Independently follow up its own cases;
2. Strengthen process management, monitor the workload of team members, supervise and guide the work of collection team members, and give reasonable suggestions and opinions on various issues. Provide timely comfort to employees’ emotions and mentality at work to ensure a good working atmosphere in the group;
3. Responsible for supervising the team members to call collection of overdue customers, analyzing and reporting the team's collection work regularly, assigning employees' personal target values in a timely manner, leading the team members to increase the collection rate, reduce bad debt losses, and help and guide the team members to complete Performance indicators.
4. Guide basic collection skills and speaking skills; assist collection supervisors in daily administrative management of the department;
Requirement:
- Excellent knowledge of collection processes.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation and people skills.
- Have experience as a desk collection team leader.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Resilient with impolite clients.
