- Developing and implementing collection policies and procedures.
- Monitoring and analyzing collection data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensuring that all collection activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Providing regular reports on collection activities to management.
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients and resolving any issues that arise.
- Managing delinquent accounts and negotiating payment plans with customers.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in desk collection, preferably in the finance industry.
- Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collection management software.
