- Monitoring and analyzing collection data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensuring all collection activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Providing regular collection activity reports to management.
- Maintaining positive client relationships and resolving issues promptly.
- Managing delinquent accounts and negotiating payment plans with customers.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in desk collection, preferably in the finance industry.
- Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collection management software.
