We are looking for a Deputy Head of Talent Acquisition to help us attract exceptional talent that aligns with our company's vision and mission.

What you will be doing

  • Leading and mentoring a team of Talent Acquisition Managers and Associates, including developing career advancement plans, conducting weekly progress meetings, addressing blockers, and providing monthly learning and development programs.
  • Running the Manpower Planning Process with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting metrics such as hires per quarter, and maintaining high SLAs for timely hires without compromising quality.
  • Communicating effectively in English with stakeholders across various countries in Asia and interfacing with senior candidates globally.

Who We Are Looking For

  • At least 10 years of work experience, including 5 years in Talent Acquisition and 2 years as a people manager.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and inspire recruitment teams to achieve goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data Driven: Utilizes data and metrics to inform decisions and improve recruitment processes.
  • Recruitment Process Management and Improvement: Expertise in overseeing and refining the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develops and implements effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Employer Branding: Enhances the company's employer brand to attract and retain quality candidates.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
