AYANA Midplaza, JAKARTA is seeking a talented Demi Chef specialized in Korean cuisine to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for assisting in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes that meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth workflow and consistency in food preparation.
- Help in designing and creating unique Korean dishes that resonate with our guests.
- Ensure that ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality for every dish.
- Support the Chef de Partie in managing food inventory and kitchen supplies.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to improve skills and foster a positive teamwork atmosphere.
- Participate in training new staff members and provide guidance when required.
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef or similar role, focusing on Korean cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Korean cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn.
