AYANA Midplaza, JAKARTA is looking for a dedicated Demi Chef to join the JimBARan Lounge culinary team. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation and presentation of food that meets AYANA's high standards, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and plating of food items as per the menu and recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Support inventory management and stock rotation.
- Participate in training and development activities as required.
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef or similar culinary position, preferably in a lounge, restaurant, or hotel setting.
- Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for cooking and a willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field.
