Ninjamart is focused on disrupting the FMCG distribution business with logistics assets across the region. As our business scales to meet customer demand, The goal is to enable our business model to grow speedily and sustainably.
This Demand Planning Manager role will have an impact in supporting the growth of a regional scale-up. The ideal candidate is someone who has a Supply Chain background, quick to think on their feet and able to contribute to strategically growing a business.
Responsibilites
- Assume responsibility of the overall demand and supply plan & ensure that the forecast is accurate at all times.
- Liaise internally across the various strategic & commercial teams by providing insight on an overall supply chain planning perspective.
- Manages the supply chain relationship across multiple principals.
- Responsible for achieving pre-agreed inventory target levels.
- Able to plan out and forecast the supply chain strategy to support business growth.
- Assume the position of a subject matter expert in regards to stock health, returns and best practices of the business unit’s supply chain.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 4 years of preferred experience in Logistics/FMCG /supply chain field.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment & solving problems within timeline.
- Need to analyze our operations and lead on improvement & growth.
- Need to manage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Ready to change processes to fit new business needs.
