Description of Duties:
- To prepare effective forecast models based on HQ guidelines and demand patterns.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management & related teams.
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
- Provide consistent analysis of the forecast accuracy and conduct monthly forecast maintenance.
- Challenge the forecast of marketing and sales on launch and promotion
- Operational process data:
- updating SOH SG and ID by brand
- updating actual sales by brand
- Updating expired goods to FG
- Coordinating and obtaining SF to BM/BUM
- Conduct SNOP meeting
- Submit monthly forecast to regional
- Check ID SLOB by brand
- Check ID DOI
- Calculate Sales forecast accuracy
- Calculating import plan from principal to sing
- Calculating import plan from sing to ID
- Entry PO
- Liaise with SG and principal team
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, business administration, or related field
- At least 3 years’ experiences in Demand and Supply planning, Inventory Management, future master and or SAP.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly committed & Excellent communication
- IT literate with knowledge of warehouse software packages (SAP preferred), Future Master and MS Office proficiency
- Excellent English communication skills
- Solid experience in implementing processes, Inventory Control, reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Equipment Maintenance
