About the Team:

At Aspire, we are on a mission to establish ourselves as the unrivaled #1 Finance Operating System for businesses in APAC. Our Marketing Team is at the forefront of this exciting journey, playing a pivotal role in building our brand, acquiring new customers, and nurturing existing relationships. Our Marketing team looks at crafting and executing marketing strategies to resonate with our target audience, and also to scale the acquisition of new users by identifying untapped channels and optimizing conversions.

About the Role:

As a Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with the local sales team to generate qualified leads pipeline through a combination of online/digital and high-touch marketing programs and events. You will work on moving leads through the funnel with marketing activities and closing the loop with insights and feedback on the ground. The ideal candidate will be passionate about generating pipeline for sales, using creative and unique digital tactics and live events to attract interest from our target audience, as well as community-oriented events for our existing customers in the market. The candidate will use analytics to adjust their activities to achieve the optimum mix of outcomes to cost to time. Day-to-day responsibilities will include executing a variety of field marketing initiatives to bring new leads into the funnel, and accelerating in-funnel leads to score (qualified leads) for handover to sales.

  • Be responsible for building a revenue pipeline for our sales team through marketing efforts including events, content, digital marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Strategize, build, and execute all aspects of event coordination including pre-event research and post-event evaluations.
  • Be the local owner of Aspire’s community efforts.
  • Direct marketing efforts from content creation to nurture email campaigns, including lead warming and scoring, lead management, etc.
  • Be the voice of the customer for your market - understand customer needs to inform marketing strategies.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • At least 3 years in field marketing with B2B SaaS experience (you must have worked with SDR/BDR sales teams and own pipeline targets), preferably in a startup or untraditional environment.
  • Proven ability to execute marketing strategies and end-to-end marketing programs, with a keen attention to detail.
  • A unique blend of being highly analytical and creative mindset to craft compelling marketing activities.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while having acute attention to detail.
  • An excellent communicator and team player.
