- Develop predictive and prescriptive models to optimize business processes, improve customer experiences, and drive strategic decision-making.
- Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science to continually improve and innovate.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering) or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify opportunities for business improvement.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python/R for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your data science projects and their impact on real-world problems is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
