INDICO is a subsidiary of Telkomsel, Indonesia's leading digital telecom company. INDICO plays a strategic role as a holding company that houses current and prospective vertical digital business portfolios, including Kuncie (edu-tech), Fita (health-tech), and Majamojo (game).

Currently, INDICO starting to develop its business in AgriTech. Moving forward INDICO aims to explore opportunities in multiple verticals adjacent to Telkomsel’s digital businesses. As a digital platform company, INDICO aims to leverage Telkomsel’s digital assets and capabilities to create a flywheel effect of innovations to develop cross-sectoral digital solutions that will empower Indonesia’s digital economy.

What you will do, but not limited to:

• Ensure the availability of high quality data and insights across the company.
• Merging different data sources and reformatting or processing the data using ETL tools
• Assist in building the analytical component to conduct deep-dive analysis of all data deriving to recommend decision making in Marketing and Growth & Product departments.
• Collaborate with tech and product teams to solve problems for customers and clients.
• Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
• Communicate results and ideas to key decision-makers
• Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges
• Communicate with multiple divisions regarding their needs for data to support data driven initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in System Information, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related fields
• Proven with min 5 year experiences as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst preferably in agricultural industry
• Knowledge of data science concepts (regression, classification, clustering, properties of distributions, statistical tests, and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications
• Proficient in programming skills (R, Python, SQL, etc.) for data acquisition, processing, and analysis from large data sets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
