We are the leading direct-to-consumer womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omni-channel presence across Indonesia and Malaysia, a retail franchise in Cambodia, and are fast expanding into international markets namely Japan, Hong Kong SAR China and United States of America.

Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 70% female representation across our organisation, leadership and STEM roles (#girlpower!). We raised a US$50M Series C round in 2021 and know that we’re on the cusp of something great, where we’re working towards becoming the most thoughtful brand globally, for the Asian female consumer, especially when it comes to our products, community and experiences.

The Role

We have designed our internships to give remarkable students like you a real role in our business. We are looking for LB’s future leaders - people who are passionate, driven and have outstanding potential.
You will be given the opportunity to demonstrate your new professional skills and knowledge during a final presentation, providing you a strong foundation to start building your career.
You will deep-dive into Finance department during the duration of your internship, function as a full member of the team and achieve business objectives through your daily responsibilities and your team-specific anchor project.
Our ultimate goal is to bring great talents to LB. All LB interns will have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time role with #TeamLB."

The Internship

We at Love, Bonito are passionate about our people and we know that you are the future of our business, which is why we aim to provide you with the best internship experience possible, where you can expect to work closely with the team, with direct access to senior team members, while also having the ownership and autonomy with your very own projects.

Main responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders’ reports within BI tools, Metabase, and Google Sheets, based on various data sources such as Google Analytics, retail POS etc.
• Assist data requests from other departments to support channel initiatives.
• Help to build relevant and engaging visualizations to provide clear visibility and quick and useful. insights into the health of the business - across the organization and functions.
• Assist in developing a python data improvement tool for data selecting and collecting.
• Performance analysis and recommendations to support all channels.

Requirements & Experiences:

• Minimum commitment of 6 months.
• Undergraduates and graduate students are both welcomed to apply from computer science, engineering, business analytics, mathematics, statistics or related fields.
• Expertise in SQL and Python for advanced analytics.
• Excellent knowledge in Google Sheet/ Excel formulas.
• Be able to tell a story with data, and translate data into palatable everyday language.
• Enjoy working data and all its faults, benefits, and opportunities.
