Data Analyst (Operations)

- Develop and maintain regular or on-demand data-heavy trackers, metrices, analytical reports and dashboards.
- Guide day-to-day operations teams on how to utilize data-heavy trackers, analytical reports and dashboards.
- Optimize data-heavy trackers, analytical reports and dashboards; propose enhancements to work processes to improve. efficiency. Work with Product team closely to ensure features are delivered flawlessly.
- Prepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns etc based on relevant data.
- Participate and support ad-hoc projects requiring extensive quantitative data analysis and data- heavy reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics or in a relevant field with a strong academic track record.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience, able to work independently in a fast-paced and data- heavy environment.
- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities, enjoy working with numbers.
- Strong critical and logical thinking.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets that may not always be well structured
- Task-oriented with strong prioritization skills
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
