Responsibilities

Scope the data needs for business and product, and instrument them to enrich and improve our data assets
Design and implement data-powered feedback mechanisms that help the business and product functions understand how our customers are consuming our products and services
Design and conduct rigorous experiments to guide key decisions
Perform analysis to discover trends and user behaviors hidden in the data, pick up and communicate actionable insights to business and product leaders
Continuously improve the use of our data and tools in your day-to-day work
Contribute to improving the analytical thinking muscle throughout the organization

Requirements

1+ years of working experience in analytics or similar data-related roles
Curious to learn more about the business and products, and how analytics could be applied to create value for our customers.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Meticulous with an attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively
Experience scripting with SQL
Experience in data visualization
(Good to have) Ability to analyze data in Python, R, or other similar tools
(Good to have) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences
