Join Amartha as a data analyst in our New Retail business unit. As an important member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Amartha One's digital services products. Your skills in data analysis and strategic thinking will play a critical role in driving our mission to have an immediate impact on Amartha One agents

Responsibilities

• Carrying out comprehensive data analysis of Amarthaone agents from acquisition to activation
• Coordinate with FO team to drive weekly milestones
• Recommend solutions to improve acquisition and activation efficiency
• Designing new initiatives to help increase weekly productivity achievements
• Monitor amartha one Agent performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives

The qualifications that you must have

• A Bachelor’s degree in Math, Engineering, Computer Science of related field from reputable university
• Preferably more than 2 year experience in data analytics or business analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken
