Data Analyst

• Data Analysis - Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights related to user behavior, product performance, and market trends
• User Behaviour and Analysis - Conduct deep-dive analyses on user journeys, user engagement, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for product improvements
• A/B Testing - Collaborate with the product team to design, execute and analyse A/B tests to evaluate the impact of product changes and new features
• Reporting - Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product metrics

• At least 3 years of working experience as a data analyst preferably in a technolgy driven organization
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Data Studio)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus
