Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Using various tech software for day-to-day functioning.
- Monitor customer complaints on Zendesk.
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Building internal and external SOPs.
What are we looking for:
- Min. Bachelor degree in any field.
- 3-4 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role with a start-up (preferably work experiences from Digital and/or Payment Field).
- A positive and resilient attitude (flexibility to work in dynamic and fast-paced environment).
- Able to work remotely and efficiently.
- Experienced in using Zendesk and Jira.
- Fluent in English (Excellent command in writing and speaking)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Multi-tasking abilities.
- Patience when handling tough cases.
