Descriptions
- Responsible to make delightful customer experience with focus on high touch interaction for our premium products that translate, but not limited to:
- RG products feature adoption
- Customers engagement and satisfaction
- Upselling/ renewal indication
- Day to day activities will include:
- Lead, monitor, and improve performance customer success agents
- Resolve key customer issues that require escalation
- Coordinate/ sync with Sales team, Inbound team, Product team, and Business Operations team
- Continuously propose for improvement ideas that support customer success team's objectives
- Support initiations and process improvement for Customer Success & Experience through customer success team especially for English Academy, Brain Academy, Ruangguru premium users
Requirements
- Currently working in the same position as Coordinator / Lead
- Have experience managing at least 10 people in his / her team
- Ability to use Google Spreadsheets and have decent knowledge for Excel/Google Spreadsheets formula at least know how to use Pivot Table and Basic formula (or know how to use Google / Search Engine to find the right formula) to process and work on data
- Could create compelling presentations and business plan to improve Customer Experience
