Responsibilities

  • Support area Corporate Sales, Field Sales, Business Development & Fulfilment to give service excellence to support API integration & system issue solution with customer/client
  • Develop deep understanding of customer needs and articulate how Ninja can address those pain points by presenting a solution and its business impact
  • Partner with Sales teams to develop and drive account strategy for key account and improve Ninja System quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree of Information System, fresh graduates are welcome
  • Have 1-2 year of IT Business Analyst and/or Project Management experience
  • Have 1 year of SQL db or Metabase or Redash experience 
  • Have 1 year of API integration will be a plus point
  • Have graduated from Bootcamp Program majoring in Product Management or Data Analytics from popular institution will be a plus point
  • Have support industry experience such as logistic, consultant, banking, IT services or product
  • Good communication, fluent in spoken and written in English
