The team has many years of digital asset management experience, with excellent risk control and post-investment management capabilities.Responsibilities:
- Handle customer tickets, online enquiries and email correspondences from customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, advice and suggestions.
- Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advice, and provide feedback in the form of documentation.
- Handle customer complaints, any special cases or ad hoc tasks.
- Process personal KYC(Know your customer) verification, contact the customer when their verification meets any problem
- Business Level in English and Chinese.
- 1 year experience in customer service (preferred), fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong communication skills.
- Passionate for the customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shifts.
- Interested in the crypto industry.
- Willing to work as midnight shift from 12.30am - 9.30am or 1am-10am GMT+8
