Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT. Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank) in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform, Tunaiku. 

In January 2020, we had a successful Initial Public Offering and raised more than 209 billion rupiahs in funds from our public stock offering, more than we targeted to achieve. Recently Amar Bank was awarded as The Best Bank in Mortgage 2020 Book 2 category by 2002. In early July, we launched our newest innovative product named Senyumku in addition to our existing other products such as Tunaiku, Nabungyuk, and Tunaiku Invest. Today we have more than 1000 employees and that number keeps growing.

Responsibilities

  • Handle cutomers's inquiries and complaints efficiently
  • Provide services to customers; opening of savings accounts, demand deposits, opening of deposits, and other customer applications
  • Provide information on customer balances and mutations
  • Administer Checkbook, bilyet giro, and savings book
  • Introduce and offer existing as well as new products and services according to customers wants and needs

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field (Preferably in Banking)
  • Good communication skills
  • Thorough, honest, and responsible to work
  • Strong knowledge about banking products
  • It will be an advantage if able to communicate in English .
We exist to foresee business opportunities and strategize a business plan to create valuable marketing actions. We are also called commercial or corporate banking and provide financial and advisory services to small and medium businesses.

Until now we have introduced four of our newest innovative brands: Online loans, Giro, Deposito, and Investments. We will never stop innovating and creating a million smiles for Indonesia.

We exist to foresee business opportunities and strategize a business plan to create valuable marketing actions. We are also called commercial or corporate banking and provide financial and advisory services to small and medium businesses.
