The customer service executive ensures the dedicated account satisfaction according to contractual
commitment, by supporting the KAM.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
A. Customer Service Management
A1. Act as Bolloré Logistics main entry point.
A2. Secure approved/preferred vendor status from dedicated account.
A3. Consolidate and update customer knowledge (decision makers, influencers, volume potential, incumbents, industry
challenges/opportunities, strategic expectation) and Bolloré Logistics performances.
A4. Follow up on existing lane and promote group offers. Follow weekly shipment report. Provide monthly invoice report
A5. Capture accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
A6. Market intelligence: New in worldwide concerning regulation and impact on logistic, Market trend, congestion need to be
informed to the client
B. Set Goals
B1. Develop Bolloré Logistics market share and profitability through customer’s operations across the network.
B2. Develop and implement the sales action plan by monitoring the dedicated sales team.
B3. Review Bolloré Logistics performance and quality indicators which have been contracted with customer.
C. Action plan
C1. Follows the direction of KAM for the action plan.
D. Lead global tender
D1. Lead tenders with your respective KAM and participate to sign-off with respective parties.
D2. Raise to your KAM any operational/ commercial dispute in order to engage committee to arbitrate financial, sales or
operational disputes.
