At a glance

The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for increasing customer satisfaction levels and business performance by handling and analyzing complaints and designing Customer Service strategies. You will also be expected to troubleshoot basic restaurants’ issues as well.

The candidate hired will report directly to the Customer Service Manager, or the Operations Manager, and will work closely with the rest of the Customer Service team and their members in the marketing and operations teams in determining areas for improvement, review departmental performance, and develop ideas for better service to customers.

About the role

  • Maintain goals by meeting customer satisfaction, call times, and upgrading of services
  • Able to multitask in calls by speaking to customers and recording concerns in operating systems
  • Address customers’ inquiries and resolve them, or ensure customers are directed to correct department to resolve issues (if needed)
  • Retain customers with excellent customer service and troubleshoot inquiries raised by customers
  • Assists customers with little to no supervision
  • Worked in both a group setting and independently
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience in support or customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to speak or address customer concerns in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word skills
  • Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable
