About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate at BukuWarung, you will be reporting to the Customer Service Lead, and will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing solutions to our customers and help create a product that’s loved by our Customers
You will be the front line contact for our customers, and how we want our customers to feel matters as a company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing great customer experience to our customers by responding to their queries and resolving their issues.
  • Handling customer’s complaints, inquiries, request  and/or feedback
  • Investigating and providing the best solutions to customers
  • Handling internal and external escalation of customer complaints.
  • Be a good team player to the Customer Service Team so we can keep improving our services to our customers.

Skill set Required

  • Customer oriented.
  • High empathy and quick response in resolving customers’ problems.
  • Take initiative to help the other team members and how to improve our service to customers.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with other team members
  • Good analytical thinking, good communication, problem solving, multitasking & typing skills.

Qualifications Required

  • Proficient in English and Microsoft Excel
  • Chat experience in WFH situation. 
  • Zendesk experience.
  • Passionate about solving problems for MSMEs
