As a CRM Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our customer relationship management processes. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience throughout their journey with Moladin. This includes overseeing customer interactions, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Manage customer interaction channels, including email, chat, phone, and in-person meetings
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align CRM strategies with business goals
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, providing regular reports to management
- Identify and resolve customer issues by working closely with internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM techniques and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in CRM, customer service, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
