We are looking for Customer Experience Specialist to join Bibit.id. This position allows you to provide financial advice to our users and make recommendations on how to best utilize their income.
Responsibilities
- Help to explain to users about proposed financial plans, explaining advantages and risks, alleviating concerns and answering questions
- Updates job knowledge by tracking investment markets, general economic conditions, and new financial products
- Recommend investment products and services that are suitable for customers based on their objectives, resources, risk profile, and preferences
- Liaise with providers, solicitors, values and other professionals
- Having knowledge in Capital Market (Mutual Funds, Stocks, and SBN) and Bibit user
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Demonstrated in the understanding of current investment products
- Able to educate Live Chat member about Bibit product
- Having knowledge about online investment scam/fraud
- Excellent written, listen, and verbal communication skills
- Able to type quickly with fewer mistakes
- Able to work independently as well as function as part of a team
- Possess a commitment to professionalism, honesty, and a strong work ethic
