Customer Engagement Intern

We think you also hate when travel app is giving you a headache, right? A slight misinformation can ruin the trip.
That is exactly what we are tackling as t-fam! Making sure that our 50+ million users have the best experience in crafting their own adventure.

Your main duties in flying with us:

  • Support in producing content for the Engagement Team.
  • Take part in the Quality Control team to ensure all campaigns that are blasted are proper and pass review.
  • Assist members in terms of reporting, from collecting data to providing proof of the campaign.
  • Participate in various projects related to competitor analysis and engagement trends.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

  • You are a passionate fresh graduate of final-year semester student who is currently pursuing a degree (min. 7 semester)
  • Willing to do internship and is available for 3 months
  • Must be fluent in English written and verbal
  • Creative, innovative, pro-active person
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Competency in Microsoft and Google Suites applications
  • Ability to maintain quality across high volumes of work with tight deadlines
