a) Monitor Data Quality Dashboards for Customers
- Monitor data quality dashboards for customers and the immediate implementation of corrective actions within the operations, including:
- Formalizing/clarifying SOP content
- Identifying and implementing solutions to facilitate the capture of customer
- Ensure customer referential data is well maintained.
- Ensure all necessary Data Created are error free and accurate.
b) Escalate to Management
- Handle escalations to management (country or local) for reasons of failure of customer KPI performance e.g. SOP non-compliant with local context, HR – management issues, system limitation, external factor etc.
c) Conduct Gap Analysis
- Conduct gap analysis on standard operation process and specified customer operation process for fine tuning
d) Follow Customer’s SOP
- Integration of customer SOP requirements and implementation of requests with International Freight Forwarding Operators (IFFO) and monitoring of data performance (accuracy/completeness/timeliness)
e) Others
- Carrying out any other request made by their manager.
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
