Job Summary: The Customer Business Solutions (CBS) is in charge of commercializing and implementing the Bolloré Logistics Global Business Solutions (IS Solutions) among customers, within the perimeter she/he is responsible for, taking in consideration commercial, operational and IS constraints.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Contribute to the Information Management Global Offer commercialization
• Raise Sales Force awareness and understanding of the IS Business Solutions and the use of its different module (LINK, Webportal…)
• Present our Global IT Solutions to clients and propose Key Indicators and Monitoring Tables.
• Train customers to our tools (LINK, Webportal…) and ensure level 1 support.
Design and propose an Offer
• Analyze customer needs in terms of tracking (flow) and write traffic analyze.
• Answer to tenders about information management part.
• Ensure customer tracking solution development and deployment.
• Set up, if necessary, LINK traffic demo.
Implement an offer
• Write offer operating process and ensure CBS network comprehension.
• Assure business systems specific operational process (SOP).
• Parameterize LINK and coordinate Business systems parametrise.
• Parametrize Webportal and open access to customer & internal users.
• Train traffic concerned internal users to LINK and/or Webportal.
• Ensure level 1 support customers tools to internal users.
• Write requirements needs and/or functional requirements specification if business systems evolution or implementing EDI. Steer the project with the different internal participants.
• Build indicators (KPI, KOI, KFI), monitoring and control tables as contractually expected.
Drive End to End monitoring systematization (Unique tracking reference)
• Monitor End to End progress in considered scope countries.
• Set up necessary procedures and actions to promote automatic exchange of information.
• Analyse monitoring End to End dysfunctionalities (pre-alert issue…) and rise technical bugs to technical team. • Control the right End to End process application by users.
Support our commercial activities development
• Inform / answer commercial teams support requests relating to quality service and tracking (average transit time performance, tracking system access modalities…).
• Promote business expertise and Bolloré Logistics quality service in customer’s commercials visits (including pre-sales).
Control right operational execution
• Analyze Customer Reporting reliability thanks to control tables.
• Control provided data reliability in tracking tool.
• Contribute to performance analysis tools definition.
Participate to activity improvement
• Detect potential dysfunctions and / or entries deficits in our business systems and coordinate correctives actions with quality service (root causes).
• React to any rising information related to process gaps.
Insure watch and promote exchanges between CBS network
• Participate to customers’ contractual activity reviews.
• Participate to improvement plans and customer productivity implementation and monitoring
Review and Develop
• Exchange with others CBS best practices.
• Come up with new ideas and participate to workshops / seminary relating to our internal tools evolution.
Alert/Inform direction
• Alert direction about any dysfunctions.
• Inform direction of any significant quality service deterioration.
Specific Activities
• Carrying out any other request made by their manager.
Technical
• Strong ability to use IT resources for business applications
Language
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and ideally also French
