- Deliver the documentation and/or declaration to customs
- Receive and compile the declarations issued by the Customs Broker making the customs declaration and ensure that shipments meet all applicable laws to facilitate the import and export of goods.
- Monitor the customs clearance channel, and inform operations
- Monitor cases and inform the customs brokers of any issues arising that require their intervention
- Organize the inspection timetables and check the availability of the goods to facilitate the customs authorities' work; maintain relationships and simplify communications
- Coordinate with trucking coordinator for delivery to consignee
- Monitoring cargo loading/unloading, Acknowledge and check packages in external warehouses
- Monitor payment of storage charges
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a local or international Customs Broker agent or freight forwarder company
- Ability to develop effective relationship with internal/external parties
- Knowledge of international trade and policies with skills to handle import and export paperwork
