Job purpose for this position is to support the implementation of culture activation, including maintaining and preparing culture reports and insights in the organization.
Your main duties in flying with us
- Support the end-to-end onboarding program execution
- Create and prepare regular culture report
- Compile handbook, manual, and documents so that the culture team’s program is delivered with high-quality resources
- Working cross-department to support the People Team’s agenda
- Handle administration to ensure the culture team operations are executed properly
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Bachelor's degree from any major
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management
- Comfortable working with data using spreadsheets/excel and/or data studio
- Having experience in managing projects/program
- Good in English
